1.
Killin' Time 02:57
Another day spent running laps around my head Pulling the trigger of a gun that has no lead Is time killing me or maybe I'm just killing time? Concentration is a mountain I can't climb Another week spent waiting for a change of mind Searching everywhere but motivation I can't find Am I killing time or is it time just killing me? Procrastination has me begging on my knees
2.
Implications 03:55
I need to get out of here A victim of my own fear The streets are lined with scum I hear that distant hum of opportunity Ambition is on the pavement The answers are never blatant I never wanna let this place shackle me up and hang me from the ceiling I just wanna be free From the suffocation of degree Is this triumph or am I vagrant? I could confine myself to these tendencies All I have are implications Product of associations Explicit hopes and dreams are clear to see I know this is what I need This channel is carrying These ashes to the end Of everything I see This place is where I'll be Am I running out of time? This could be my day's prime The border is coming close Nights are aligned with questions from the pedigree I never wanna return To come back with a burn This is my departure My purpose will thrive with every single dive I'm lazy and cryptic This position is ballistic Productivity is needed Will I ever be completed?
3.
Egocentricity isn't in Everyone in this world doesn't sin Lying is not a form of creation Every mind game that you play With all of your comrades every day I can see through it But can they? You still think that it's acceptable That nothing changed, that it's reversible They turned to their pills and ethanol And they came crashing down You have severed all their smiles I'm surprised they aren't senile From just looking at your face All the sentences you preach They stuck on them like a leech And it's hard to rip you off Claiming these lies they know aren't the truth Yet, your contemptuous words seep through Conveying endearment is what they choose to see Keeping your judgments to yourself Might make their world seem less like hell Conceit is the only thing you know to feel
4.
Take everything in me With faith I beg and plead But still your stubborn eyes Can only see the lies With tainted sight you see Time will not set you free Gave all that's on my side The love that you denied Waited long for this to be Will you place your trust in me? Hiding behind thoughts of fate All these questions we create Am I your pain, am I your pride? Do you have anything to hide? I'm left unanswered like your thoughts This is a puncture in our plot Wonder what it's like to be Everything you see in me Doubt, in which you are confined Inside the maze that built your mind You've taken all of me There's no security But still your lawful eyes Can't handle all my cries Inside this home we built There's anxiousness and guilt But through this I abide This love will not divide Is there any hope in us? This is just too dangerous All this fire we jeopardize For how long will this reprise? These are your wounds Gaping and sore You cannot mend them anymore My fragile hands Shaking and worn Touch the resentment you have sworn Your sentiments have gone astray We cannot live our lives this way This is my ache This is delight This maze will not tilt me tonight
